Q. I’ve never purchased promotional products or clothing before, where do I start?

A. Feel free to browse our website, stop into our showroom at 1636 Quebec Avenue in Saskatoon or call us 306.244.1380. We love to make the process quick and easy for you.

Q. What’s a setup charge and why do I have to pay it?

A. Most companies charge a setup charge to create the screens/laser engraving/embroidery files that are needed to add your logo to your product. The good news is that if you need exact repeats of that product within 2-3 years you don’t pay it again.

Q. What is the minimum quantity that I need to purchase to get my logo on items?

A. Everything varies, but a general rule of thumb is that the cheaper the item the higher the minimum qty and vice versa. However, we are skilled at finding the product to fit your requirements.

Q. I want my logo on things to give away, but I don’t have a lot of money to spend. Help!

A. No problem! We will only show you items within your budget and we quite often have access to fabulous sales to stretch your money even further.

Q. I don’t like to shop online or from catalogues, do you have samples?

A. Yes we do! We have a wonderful showroom just FULL of samples at 1636 Quebec Avenue in Saskatoon. If you need a sample that we don’t have, we will bring it in free of charge.

Q. I’m ready to order, but I don’t know what kind of logo you need?

A. We love EPS or AI files – don’t worry if you can’t open these files, they can only be opened through Adobe Illustrator. After that, let’s try PDFs. We can’t work off JPEGs but if it is all you have we will do our best! Logos can easily be sent through email.

 

Signs / Decals / Banners / Vehicle Graphics

Q. I need a sign, what do you need to know?

A. It’s pretty simple – let us know the size, how many, material, and what’s going on it and we can send you a quote. If you don’t know what type of material we can recommend the best substrate for the job.

Q. How long does it take to get signs/decals/banners/graphics after I order?

A. Generally between 2-5 business days. During high season between about 5-7 business days. Installations/fabrication will take longer. Rush service is always available.

Q. Do you do small personal jobs, ie I want a handful of decals for my mining crew?

A. Yes we do! Minimum shop charges will apply.

Q. What kind of printing do you do?

A. We run thermal transfer printers/cutters in-house and are also able to supply digital printing for full color and large quantity sign panels.

Q. I’m ready to order, but I don’t know what kind of logo you need?

General Inquiries

Q. Do you offer graphic design services?

A. Yes, we do! We have a fabulous designer and our rates are very cost effective. We offer everything from basic logo design to large format tradeshow displays.

Q. I have to send you large print files, but they cannot go through email. How can I get them to you?

A. Our favourite transfer sites include YouSendIt or weTransfer. Both of these sites are free and user-friendly. Or feel free to drop us off a USB or CD with your files on them.

Q. Do I need an appointment to stop into the showroom?

A. Nope, not at all – if you have a time in mind feel free to let us know so that we can ensure that we are here and that we have some ideas ready for you.

Q. Where are you located and what are your hours?

A. We accept cheque, debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or cash.
